Neuroacupuncture is a special system of acupuncture which combines neuroscience, Western medical sciences and current evidence-based clinical research with the classical Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture model to more effectively treat neurological pain and dysfunction. It began its development about 50 years ago and has gained momentum in the past ten years through a wide-range of clinical research and application.

Neuroacupuncture employs the techniques of scalp acupuncture, auricular therapy and body points to assist in the treatment of post-concussional syndrome from traumatic brain injury (TBI), pain syndromes developing from injury, post-surgical pain and recovery, radiculopathy, headache, post-stroke rehab, Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
